I do often think the same. You see so many people walking around and they have clearly just woken up, tied their hair up and thrown on the first jeans, top and shoes they could find.

It’s always these same people who call you lucky for not looking like a tramp! Sorry people, it’s not luck, it’s called making an effort in a morning.

I’m never depressive about how I look, but I feel better about myself and more confident when I have made an effort.
